Medical School Admissions Consultant

Responsibilities

• Work with prospective medical school candidates and pre-med students to build profiles and draft application materials
• Manage relationships with applicants and families providing strategic guidance on school selection, essays, and interviews
• Identify optimal medical programs aligned with student background and career goals
• Support students with project planning, application timeline management, and progress tracking
• Stay updated on the medical school admissions landscape and program requirements

Requirements

• Currently in a residency program (MD or DO)
• Graduated from a U.S. medical school
• Previous experience on a medical school admissions committee
• Strong English reading, writing, and editing skills for medical school essays
• Experience in education, coaching, tutoring, or mentoring
• Strong organizational and project management skills
