Medical Science Liaison

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop relationships with key decision makers in academic and community clinics, hospital systems, and payor organizations
• Collaborate with clinical and payor customers to understand needs, knowledge gaps, and evidence requirements
• Educate clinicians and managed care/payors on the clinical value of Freenome products
• Provide support for on-site oral presentations, data reviews, and interactive education events for KOLs
• Stay abreast of scientific advancements, market trends, and regulatory guidelines
• Represent the company at industry conferences and meetings
• Collaborate with Sales executives to identify strategic partnership opportunities
• Identify investigator initiated study proposals that align with company strategies

Requirements

• Advanced degree in medical or health sciences (MS/MD/DO/PhD/PharmD)
• 5+ years of relevant industry experience in diagnostics, pharmaceuticals, or oncology
• Previous Medical Science Liaison experience in oncology or diagnostic industries
• In-depth scientific and/or therapeutic knowledge
• Demonstrated understanding of clinical trial management
• Working knowledge of regulatory guidance and reporting requirements
• Strong presentation, verbal, and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace

Preferred Qualifications

• Existing relationships with key opinion leaders and affiliated institutions
