Medical Science Liaison Oncology Gulf

Responsibilities

• Serve as the medical and scientific expert for assigned oncology products and therapeutic areas in the Gulf region.
• Build and maintain professional, credible relationships with External Experts (EEs), academic centers, and healthcare professionals.
• Provide scientific input into Medical Affairs strategies, marketing strategies, and commercial initiatives.
• Deliver scientific presentations and medical education programs to healthcare professionals through individual or group sessions.
• Support clinical research activities, including the design and implementation of Phase IV and post-marketing studies.
• Review and prepare promotional and non-promotional materials to ensure scientific accuracy and compliance with local laws and company policies.
• Provide medical/scientific training to sales forces and other internal departments.

Requirements

• Advanced degree (PharmD, PharmB, MD, or PhD) in a relevant scientific discipline is preferred.
• Proven experience in Medical Affairs and the Oncology therapeutic area.
• Strong knowledge of the pharmaceutical environment and the role of Medical Affairs.
• Excellent written and spoken communication and presentation skills in English.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage complex stakeholder relationships.
• Ability to travel regularly (approximately 50%).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within cross-functional teams or matrix organizations.
• Expertise in scientific methods applied to clinical research and knowledge of relevant regulatory controls.
• High level of digital savviness and customer orientation.
