Medicare Compliance & QA Associate

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete lifecycle of CTM and Non-CTM compliance cases, including intake, investigation, and resolution
• Triage and respond to compliance-related inquiries in Intercom
• Maintain accurate case records and documentation in the case management system
• Act as the primary liaison between agents, agencies, internal teams, and carriers
• Provide targeted coaching and guidance to agents on compliance requirements and documentation standards
• Prepare basic compliance reporting including case volume and turnaround summaries
• Collaborate on process improvements and the development of new workflows

Requirements

• Proficiency with tools such as Intercom, Excel, Airtable, or CRM systems
• Strong attention to detail for maintaining accurate records and case information
• Basic analytical abilities for data reviews and quality assurance audits
• Ability to learn new technology and compliance tools quickly
• Clear communication skills to explain complex information simply
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work across multiple internal teams
• High level of ethics, integrity, and respect for confidentiality
