Medicine Specialist

Responsibilities

• Converse with AI models on clinical scenarios and theoretical medical questions
• Verify factual accuracy and logical soundness of model responses
• Capture reproducible error traces and document failure modes
• Suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics

Requirements

• Fluency in Japanese is required
• Medical degree (MD, DO) or a master’s/PhD in a health sciences field
• Expertise in internal medicine, pharmacology, pathology, clinical diagnostics, medical ethics, human physiology, epidemiology, immunology, or evidence-based medicine
• Ability to provide clear, metacognitive communication and "show your work"

• Clinical experience
• Peer-reviewed publications
• Hospital-based practice experience
• Public health project involvement
