Responsibilities

• Actively conduct outreach via phone, text, and email daily
• Successfully complete >100 outbound calls a day
• Enroll 25% or more of all connected leads
• Ensure 25% or more of all connected members take a class within 1 week of engagement
• Maintain 92% or higher customer satisfaction score

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience as an inside sales representative, call center customer service representative, or health coach
• Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English
• Experience working in CRMs and Customer Service tools (e.g., Insightly, HubSpot)
• Strong empathetic communication and active listening skills
• Ability to handle high volume work with organization and attention to detail
• Critical thinking skills to absorb and apply new information quickly

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a role with direct daily interactions with older adults (e.g., senior living, fitness instruction, patient advocacy, or digital health startups)
