Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements
• Focus on data licensing, technology transactions, and marketing contracts
• Support vendor and partnership agreements, statements of work, and NDAs
• Collaborate with internal teams to translate legal risk into actionable business guidance

Requirements

• Strong academic credentials
• Significant experience with sophisticated commercial and technology agreements
• Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, highly asynchronous environment
• Excellent legal judgment and adaptability
