Responsibilities

  • Interact with current or prospective Members via voice and email with professionalism and personality
  • Resolve inquiries regarding returns, tracking, and order modifications using critical thinking
  • Handle complex situations and potentially expand into messaging or social media channels
  • Maintain high-energy service during peak shopping seasons

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1-3 years of experience in a Contact Center environment within the last 5 years
  • Proficiency in navigating multiple computer systems simultaneously
  • Ability to work any shift Monday through Sunday, 9am-9pm EST
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in e-commerce or luxury retail
  • Passion for fashion and finding great deals
