Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for members, providing white-glove concierge-level support
  • Guide members through their health journey, including scheduling blood draws and platform orientation
  • Ensure every interaction is seamless, empathetic, and solutions-focused
  • Anticipate member needs and proactively deliver exceptional support

Requirements

  • 2+ years of customer support experience in a fast-paced, high-touch environment
  • Strong written communication skills with a warm and friendly tone
  • Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail and high organizational skills
  • Ability to work a full-time schedule (40 hours/week), Wednesday–Sunday, 12pm - 9pm PST
  • Commitment to privacy and HIPAA compliance

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in concierge or healthcare support
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
