Mental Health Provider (Teleconsult)

Responsibilities

• Provide confidential virtual consultations and mental health assessments for members
• Deliver brief interventions or first-line support for stress, anxiety, and other common psychological concerns
• Refer cases requiring specialized psychiatric care or long-term therapy to appropriate professionals
• Collaborate with the company on digital wellness initiatives, including virtual mental health programs and campaigns
• Maintain accurate and secure electronic health records in line with privacy and ethical standards

Requirements

• Master's in Psychology or Counselling or PRC licensed medical doctor with training in mental health and counseling
• Active and valid registration with the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) as RPsy/RGC for Psychologists or Counselors
• Prior experience with telemedicine or digital consultations
• Excellent communication, empathy, and clinical judgment
• Passion for promoting mental health and leveraging technology for accessible care
