Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and maintain HVAC (top priority), electrical, and basic plumbing systems for a 19,375 sq. ft. phygital hub in Dubai.

  • Perform or coordinate minor repairs and troubleshooting; escalate complex issues to contractors or the building facility team.

  • Manage and schedule preventive maintenance routines and service contracts; ensure compliance with safety and building standards.

  • Read and interpret technical drawings to plan power shutdowns, upgrades, or service interventions.

  • Provide clear updates, logs, and reports to the operations team; respond to urgent issues outside standard hours when needed.

  • First 90 days roadmap:

    • 0–30 Days: Review HVAC/electrical layouts and documentation; build relationships with facility management and service providers.
    • 31–60 Days: Implement routine inspection schedule; establish service agreements and respond to urgent repairs.
    • 61–90 Days: Take full ownership of system performance, coordinate contractors, and propose energy-efficiency improvements.
