Metabolic Health Physician

Responsibilities

• Provide direct virtual clinical care to patients with metabolic conditions using an evidence-based, patient-centric approach
• Conduct virtual visits, document encounters, and manage individualized treatment pathways including labs, medications, and lifestyle interventions
• Collaborate with registered dietitians, nurse practitioners, and behavioral health therapists to deliver integrated, whole-person care
• Use data and feedback to continuously improve care delivery, patient outcomes, and team coordination

Requirements

• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
• Active and unrestricted medical license
• Board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Experience with telehealth and managing complex metabolic patients

Preferred Qualifications

• Multi-state licensure
• Fellowship training in Obesity Medicine, Endocrinology, Cardiology, or equivalent metabolic care experience
