Job Description
Responsibilities
- Develop, enhance, and maintain MI frameworks for compliance and financial crime risk management tailored to UAE regulatory expectations.
- Work closely with the Chief Compliance Officer and senior stakeholders to identify MI requirements and deliver actionable insights.
- Design and produce high-quality, board-level presentations and reports that clearly communicate complex compliance and financial crime data.
- Support the Global Head of Governance in monitoring governance processes and ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Lead initiatives to improve data quality, reporting accuracy, and MI automation with AI-driven solutions.
- Analyze MI data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for governance improvement.
- Coordinate between compliance, financial crime, and governance teams to ensure consistent MI delivery across UAE operations.
- Support audit and regulatory review processes by providing accurate and timely MI and governance documentation.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data, Business, Risk Management, or related field
- 5+ years in financial crime, compliance, or risk management with MI focus
- Professional certifications (e.g., CAMS, ICA, ACAMS)
- Experience in financial services or cryptocurrency industry
- Knowledge of governance frameworks and risk methodologies
