Responsibilities
- Drive healthy adoption and sustained usage of enterprise AI assistants, collaboration tools, and AI agents
- Advise customers and partners on designing, deploying, customizing, and operationalizing AI-powered workplace solutions
- Help customers identify, prioritize, and implement AI and agentic use cases aligned with business objectives
- Lead technical engagements to resolve barriers involving identity, security, compliance, governance, and data access
- Establish secure and responsible AI foundations, including data protection and information governance
- Develop adoption and change-management plans addressing executive sponsorship and user training
- Educate customers and partners through technical demonstrations, workshops, and presentations
- Use adoption analytics to communicate usage trends and business impact
- Coordinate partner-led implementations and internal delivery resources
Requirements
- Fluency in both English and Spanish (mandatory)
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline plus 7–9 years of relevant experience
- At least 5 years of experience in an enterprise customer-facing position
- At least 5 years of experience delivering customer-facing technical projects
- At least 5 years of experience working with enterprise productivity and cloud platforms
- Hands-on experience deploying and driving adoption of enterprise AI productivity solutions
- Deep expertise in identity, security, compliance, and information governance
- Experience building and governing AI agents through low-code platforms
- Minimum of two relevant technical certifications (e.g., MS-102, SC-401, AB-900, AB-100, or AB-730)
Preferred Qualifications
- Direct experience installing and customizing enterprise AI assistants
- Experience with generative AI platforms like Gemini
- Proven success moving customers from AI experimentation to sustained adoption
- Strong presentation and executive-engagement skills
- Ability to connect technical adoption metrics with business value and ROI
