Job description
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain high-value relationships with HR and Talent Acquisition leaders
- Lead discovery conversations and conduct product demos tailored to employer hiring goals
- Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets
- Create, present, and negotiate proposals and contracts
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Implementation, Customer Success, and Product teams
- Provide strategic insights to improve go-to-market approach
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in SaaS sales
- Experience in recruiting tech, HR tech, ATS, or CRM platforms
- Proven success managing a full sales cycle from prospecting to close
- BA/BS degree
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-starter with a hunter mentality
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce experience
- Familiarity with the talent acquisition landscape and employer branding challenges
