Job description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain high-value relationships with HR and Talent Acquisition leaders
  • Lead discovery conversations and conduct product demos tailored to employer hiring goals
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets
  • Create, present, and negotiate proposals and contracts
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Implementation, Customer Success, and Product teams
  • Provide strategic insights to improve go-to-market approach

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in SaaS sales
  • Experience in recruiting tech, HR tech, ATS, or CRM platforms
  • Proven success managing a full sales cycle from prospecting to close
  • BA/BS degree
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-starter with a hunter mentality

Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce experience
  • Familiarity with the talent acquisition landscape and employer branding challenges
