Responsibilities
- Manage the full sales cycle for mid-market restaurant clients, from initial contact to contract signature
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and face-to-face visits
- Conduct current state versus future state analyses to demonstrate Deliverect's value to prospects
- Handle objections with strategic thinking to maximize closing probability
- Collaborate with the Partnerships team to convert leads into successful deals
- Perform smooth handovers of newly signed clients to the Implementation Consultants team
- Utilize CRM processes to ensure accurate forecasting and effective pipeline management
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in a full sales cycle, new business acquisition role within the F&B sector
- Proven experience in stakeholder management, specifically engaging with C-Level and Director-level executives
- Strong business development acumen and a results-oriented approach to achieving targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English is essential
- Ability to work in a hybrid model (4 days in the Dubai office, 1 day remote)
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in the F&B industry, particularly with POS systems or online ordering platforms
- Existing network of customers and relationships within the F&B or tech industry in the UAE
- Native proficiency in Arabic
