Job description

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of mid-sized restaurant partners across Dubai (main office, hybrid working).
  • Develop and nurture strong partnerships with restaurant owners and managers through regular communication and on-the-ground visits.
  • Analyse partner performance data to identify trends, growth levers and operational inefficiencies, and translate insights into action plans.
  • Lead partner performance reviews and implement initiatives to drive higher order volume, basket size and customer satisfaction.
  • Support commercial discussions including renewals, pricing adjustments and limited exclusivity agreements, collaborating with senior Account Managers as needed.
  • Onboard new sites within your portfolio, promote Deliveroo products and features, and ensure partners realise maximum value from the platform.
