Responsibilities
- Opportunity creation and pipeline management for mid-market customers
- Development and execution of territory plans
- Management of opportunities and the sales process
- Outbound prospecting and lead generation
- Meeting and exceeding assigned revenue goals
- Maintaining customer, pipeline, and deal information in HubSpot
- Aligning with the VP of Sales for territory strategy
- Working with the Demand Generation team to drive customer adaptation and expansion
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years of software sales experience
- Minimum 3 years of direct mid-market experience
- Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles
- Successful track record of sustained achievement of targets
- Experience selling disruptive and transformative software
- Track record of executive-level (VP and C-suite) relationship development
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- HubSpot experience
- Experience selling DevOps or open-source products
