Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of mid-market restaurant partners, acting as their primary point of contact
  • Build strong relationships through regular performance and business reviews
  • Identify and execute growth opportunities to increase order volume and partner performance
  • Monitor operational metrics and support partners in improving service quality
  • Drive adoption of marketing tools, promotions, and campaigns
  • Collaborate with internal marketing, operations, and commercial teams to ensure partner success

Requirements

  • 3+ years of commercial experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Analytical ability to interpret performance data and drive actionable insights
  • Proven problem-solving mindset to navigate operational challenges
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
