Mid-Senior Healthcare Professional

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, evidence-based, patient-centred care in line with local clinical policies and professional scope of practice
• Provide clinical leadership within wards, clinics, theatres, diagnostic services, community teams or therapy services
• Conduct assessments, develop care plans, deliver interventions and evaluate outcomes for complex patient needs
• Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to support escalation, discharge planning and continuity of care
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and handovers using approved record systems and workflows
• Uphold infection prevention and control practices, medication safety (where applicable) and clinical risk management
• Participate in clinical governance activities including audit support, incident reporting and continuous improvement
• Ensure compliance with facility standards and UAE healthcare regulatory/licensing requirements
• Supervise, mentor and support junior clinicians and students; contribute to competency development and training
• Support service improvement and change initiatives to enhance patient experience, safety and outcomes

• English proficient

Preferred Qualifications

• Postgraduate certification or specialist training in relevant clinical discipline
• Prior experience in senior clinician, team lead or service lead roles
• Experience across acute, outpatient and community care settings
• Additional language skills (Arabic, Hindi/Urdu, Tagalog) advantageous depending on patient population
• Demonstrated experience in quality improvement, audit or service redesign
