Mid-Senior IT Professional (Multiple Opportunities)

Responsibilities

• Lead or support IT initiatives across infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity and enterprise applications
• Design, implement and optimise secure, scalable on-premise, hybrid and cloud environments
• Improve service performance through incident, problem and change management aligned to ITIL
• Strengthen security posture via access controls, monitoring, patching and vulnerability management
• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver to agreed scope and timelines
• Maintain technical documentation (architectures, policies, runbooks, support procedures)
• Drive automation and standardisation to improve reliability and reduce manual effort
• Support compliance-aligned delivery (e.g., UAE data protection, ISO 27001 controls)
• Mentor junior colleagues and contribute to technical standards and governance

Requirements

• Bachelor degree
• 5+ years experience
• Cloud platforms
• Cybersecurity experience
• Networking fundamentals
• ITSM experience
• Automation / scripting
• Troubleshooting skills
• English proficiency
• UAE work eligibility

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AWS, Azure and/or Google Cloud
• Entra ID / Active Directory skills
• ServiceNow or Jira Service Management exposure
• SIEM, EDR or vulnerability tooling experience
• Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) knowledge
• Scripting: PowerShell, Python or Bash
• Experience in hybrid on-prem/cloud architectures
• Arabic language skills advantageous
