Mid-Senior Mining Professionals

Responsibilities

• Lead or support safe, efficient delivery of mining and processing operations across site functions
• Maintain compliance with UAE labour and workplace requirements, including robust occupational safety and health practices and incident prevention programmes
• Drive operational performance through production planning, KPI management, cost control, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Provide technical input to mine planning, production optimisation, drill-and-blast performance, and geotechnical/ground control where applicable
• Optimise processing performance (throughput, recovery, quality) through troubleshooting and process improvement
• Oversee maintenance and reliability strategies for mobile and fixed plant, including shutdown planning and asset performance improvement
• Manage contractors and service providers to ensure safe execution, quality delivery, and adherence to schedule and budget
• Support project execution and operational readiness activities, including commissioning support and change management
• Develop teams through coaching, competency development, and structured performance management
• Prepare clear operational reports for leadership, audits, and governance requirements

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in mine or quarry operations, mineral processing plants or heavy industrial sites
• Previous roles in operations leadership, technical services, planning/scheduling, maintenance/reliability, projects, or HSE management systems
• Familiarity with SAP or Maximo and digital reporting tools (Power BI advantageous)
• Demonstrated experience working in multicultural site environments and managing contractors
