Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Analyze product funnels, user behavior, and core metrics to identify insights and growth opportunities.
  • Build, maintain, and improve dashboards for product and business teams.
  • Formulate hypotheses, design and analyze A/B tests, and present results clearly to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with engineers to define events, data structures, and tracking logic.
  • Use ML models and features to support analysis and insight generation.
  • Conduct ad-hoc and deep-dive analyses to support product and business decisions.
  • Communicate analytical insights and actionable recommendations to non-technical audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with end-to-end ML pipelines (ingestion → features → evaluation)

  • Cluster and correlation analysis experience
  • Familiarity with dashboards: Grafana, Superset or similar
