Midwife

Responsibilities

• Provide virtual support and guidance to expectant and new mothers
• Educate members on prenatal care, labour preparation, postpartum recovery, and breastfeeding
• Offer emotional support and counseling throughout the pregnancy and early motherhood journey
• Help members navigate healthcare systems and prepare for in-person appointments
• Capture encounter summary documentation in the MPractice management system
• Collaborate with the Care Delivery team to ensure member needs and referrals are met

Requirements

• Currently residing in Singapore, Japan, Hong Kong, or Australia
• Fluent in English and Cantonese (spoken and written)
• Registered Midwife with a valid practicing license in good standing
• Recognized nursing or midwifery qualification
• Minimum 2–3 years of clinical experience in women’s health, obstetrics & gynecology, or fertility/IVF
• Ability to commit approximately 2 hours per week as an independent contractor
• Comfortable delivering care via a digital health platform

Preferred Qualifications

• Additional training in fertility, IVF, or reproductive health
• Experience with assisted reproductive technologies (IVF, IUI, egg freezing)
• Prior telehealth experience
