Migration Specialist

Kit is an email-first operating system for creators who mean business. We help creators grow and monetize their audience with ease, providing a marketing hub to grow audiences, automate email marketing, and sell digital products.

Responsibilities

• Migrate new Kit customers onto the platform
• Handle CSV imports, form/landing page rebuilds, and automation recreation
• Manage subscriber and tag mapping across various source platforms
• Execute deliverability fundamentals including domain authentication and warm-up planning
• Communicate clearly with creators via Zoom, Loom, Slack, and email
• Manage multiple concurrent client projects with individual timelines

Requirements

• Working knowledge of Kit's platform (Visual Automation, forms, tagging, sequences, API v4)
• Proficiency in CSV data handling
• Understanding of email deliverability and domain authentication
• Familiarity with ESP platforms such as Kajabi, Beehiiv, ActiveCampaign, Flodesk, Substack, or Mailchimp
• Experience with technical onboarding or email marketing platform migrations
• Ability to work asynchronously and manage project-based workloads

Preferred Qualifications

• Background supporting technically complex accounts with custom automations and large lists
• Experience working directly with creators or small businesses
• Comfort with project-based contract work and invoicing
