Responsibilities

• Execute simple editing techniques to ensure accessibility for younger audiences
• Emphasize storytelling by highlighting relationships and dialogue between characters
• Mimic existing editing styles from channels like CashMinecraft, Nico-MC, and MaizenOfficial
• Manage cuts, flow, and tempo to avoid dead space and maintain engagement
• Stay updated with Minecraft, social media, and pop culture trends
• Effectively integrate music and sound effects (SFX) to enhance immersion and narrative impact

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on video editing experience
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro
• Proficiency in utilizing YouTube Analytics (AVD, CTR, Impressions)
• Skillful use of Sound Effects (SFX) and Visual Effects (VFX)
• Expertise in applying LUTs and Color Correction
• Strong communication skills and ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to incorporate constructive feedback

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in timecode syncing for precise editing synchronization
