Mission Manager

Responsibilities

• Serve as a Product Manager for the Navy Domain
• Collaborate with Navy Tech Leads to establish technical roadmaps for Mission Outcomes
• Align product roadmaps to technical roadmaps and provide feedback on mission need dates
• Facilitate feedback between Delivery and Product segments regarding OSS projects and services
• Balance priorities from users, customers, stakeholders, and the team to deliver scalable mission value
• Foster an environment for growth, mentorship, and coaching within the team

Requirements

• US Citizenship and active SECRET clearance
• Proficiency in translating pain points to root cause problems
• Experience managing cross-functional engineering teams
• Expertise in modern software development processes including DevSecOps and Continuous Delivery
• Understanding of User-Centered Design and Agile frameworks
• Ability to understand architectural decisions and communicate them to stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Value Stream Architecture
• Passion for software delivery within the tech industry or Department of Defense
• Skilled in expectation management across different personas
