Mobile Automation Engineer

Responsibilities

• Write, maintain, and rewrite Playwright test suites for iOS and Android driver apps
• Execute structured test plans and manual regression testing
• Diagnose and resolve flaky tests and distinguish engineering defects from execution issues
• Run and maintain parallelized test suites via BrowserStack and GitHub Actions
• Report results in TestRail and track software defects
• Collaborate with developers and product managers to ensure comprehensive coverage
• Explore and implement AI-powered testing tools

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in QA/test automation
• Hands-on experience testing native mobile applications on iOS and Android
• Experience with Playwright
• Experience with TestFlight and TestRail
• Experience running parallelized test suites
• Ability to overlap with the team's morning ET sync meeting

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Python, Java, or other programming languages
• Experience with mobile apps and AI-powered automation tools
• Experience with APIs and SQL
• Familiarity with Angular
