Mobile QA Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design and implement comprehensive test plans for mobile applications
• Execute test cases on iOS and Android applications
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Appium, XCUITest, and Espresso
• Analyze test results and identify trends or patterns
• Collaborate with developers and QA team members to resolve issues
• Work with product managers to ensure test coverage and requirement alignment
• Proactively identify potential issues and propose solutions
• Stay updated on mobile testing technologies and best practices

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in software testing
• Significant experience in mobile testing
• Familiarity with mobile testing principles and methodologies
• Programming skills in Java, Python, or JavaScript
• Experience with mobile testing tools and frameworks
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Appium, XCUITest, or Espresso
• Proficiency in both iOS and Android testing environments
