Mortgage Broker

Responsibilities

• Advise expat and international clients on UAE residential mortgage options
• Manage the full lifecycle: qualification, application, documentation, and closing
• Liaise with UAE banks, lenders, and property developers to secure terms
• Deliver consultative, solutions-driven client service with high responsiveness
• Collaborate with UK/EU teams on cross-border mortgage cases and referrals
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with UAE regulations

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Mortgage Advisor/Broker in the UAE
• In-depth knowledge of the Dubai mortgage market and local lending policies
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus
• RERA certification or relevant UAE qualification is advantageous
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end mortgage processes

Preferred Qualifications

• Cross-border mortgage experience
• Established relationships with UAE lenders and developers
• Experience with digital mortgage platforms and CRM tools
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
