MaxBeauty is part of the SKELAR venture builder ecosystem, aiming to revolutionize the health and beauty industry. We are building a personal care ecosystem powered by AI and expert methods to help millions of users care for themselves.

Responsibilities

• Design video creatives for advertising campaigns on Meta, TikTok, and Google
• Use and test AI tools for generating images, video, and voiceovers
• Develop original creative concepts and participate in team brainstorms
• Research and integrate new tools to improve the creative production process and quality

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in motion design
• Knowledge of composition, typography, and color theory
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects or CapCut
• Experience with AI generation tools (e.g., Nano Banana, Seedream, Higgsfield, Kling, Seedance, Veo, or similar)
• Creative thinking and ability to generate non-standard ideas
• English level B1+ for research and content work
• Strong self-organization and time management skills
