Motion Designer

Responsibilities

• Create custom motion graphics for social media, websites, and marketing campaigns
• Produce animations for explainer videos, promotional content, and social media stories
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and creative leads to integrate motion graphics with static design elements
• Manage multiple projects independently and deliver high-quality animations within deadlines
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in motion design and animation software

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Motion Designer with a strong portfolio
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and composition
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a remote environment
• Excellent communication skills for interpreting briefs and client feedback

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with 3D animation or software like Cinema 4D or Blender
• Knowledge of Figma and Capcut
• Familiarity with social media video formats and specifications
