Responsibilities

• Design short, high-impact videos for social platforms including Meta, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok
• Generate and iterate ideas with the marketing team to enhance message clarity and visual impact
• Use AI tools such as Sora, Veo, Kling, Runway, and ElevenLabs for video generation and enhancement
• Perform retrospective analyses of ad performance to refine creative approaches
• Analyze competitors' ads and social trends to stay ahead of creative patterns
• Test new instruments, effects, and workflows to improve production efficiency

Requirements

• 2+ years of work experience in a similar position
• Strong expertise in After Effects and Premiere Pro
• Solid understanding of composition, typography, and pacing
• Experience working with AI tools for creative production (image/video generation, voiceover, or animation)
• Basic knowledge of performance marketing and communicating marketing messages through visuals
• Modular approach to editing and creative iteration
• Basic skills in Figma
• Strong self-organization and time management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience creating AI-generated micro-dramas with consistent characters and scenes
• Ability to spot emerging content formats, hooks, and cultural signals
• Understanding of creative performance metrics and data-informed iteration
• Experience in creative ideation for fitness and wellness products
