Motion Designer/AI Video Creator

About the Company

Rist Labs is a cofounding studio building ethical, AI-powered B2C products. You will be working with Aligned, a subscription-based AI Coach trained on expert insights to help users achieve personal and professional goals.

Responsibilities

• Produce packs of ad video creatives based on briefs from Creative Marketing Managers (up to 2-3 packs per day)
• Generate hyper-realistic AI avatars and integrate them seamlessly into creatives
• Independently source visual references and trending content across social platforms
• Monitor TikTok and Instagram trends and turn them into creatives quickly
• Optimize workflows through tools, plugins, and automations to maintain speed and quality

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in dynamic video editing (Reels, TikTok, ad creatives)
• At least 6 months of hands-on experience with Generative AI video tools
• Proven ability to generate hyper-realistic AI avatars indistinguishable from real humans
• Ability to deliver polished video packs from raw scripts without extensive hand-holding
• Proficiency in sourcing native, non-stock footage across TikTok, Instagram, and Threads
• English B1+ proficiency (reading comprehension)

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in performance marketing teams or digital agencies
• Understanding of basic marketing principles such as hook frames and ad pacing
