Motion Designer/Video Editor

Responsibilities

• Translate creative briefs into storyboards, motion concepts, and animation ideas
• Design and animate 2D/3D graphics, transitions, and sequences for videos and UI
• Edit raw footage into polished videos incorporating sound, motion graphics, and effects
• Ensure all motion work aligns with the brand's visual identity and premium experience
• Collaborate with design and marketing teams to craft narratives for campaigns and product launches
• Organize and deliver motion assets optimized for web, mobile, and social channels
• Iterate on designs based on feedback to enhance engagement

Requirements

• Strong understanding of animation principles, motion design, and video editing
• Proficiency in After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator
• Experience creating motion graphics for digital platforms including social, web, and apps
• A portfolio demonstrating high-quality motion and video work with strong storytelling
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with 3D animation tools such as Cinema 4D or Blender
• Proficiency in audio editing
• Familiarity with Figma or design system integration
• Understanding of optimizing video content for social and performance marketing
• Interest in the automotive, tech, or e-commerce industries
