Motion Graphics Designer

Responsibilities

• Design and produce high-quality motion graphics for digital campaigns, social media, events, and branded content
• Create animations and visual assets for promotional videos, presentations, and marketing campaigns
• Collaborate closely with Creative Directors, Art Directors, and designers to bring creative concepts to life
• Adapt creative assets for multiple formats and platforms while maintaining brand consistency
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for campaigns and storytelling
• Revise and optimize motion assets based on stakeholder feedback
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
• Perform video editing tasks

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in Motion Graphics or Animation
• Strong portfolio demonstrating motion design and animation work
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Strong understanding of animation principles, composition, typography, and visual storytelling
• Ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment
• English proficiency
• Based in Latin America

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Cinema 4D, Blender, or other 3D software
• Experience creating content for sports, entertainment, events, or advertising campaigns
• Understanding of branding and campaign development
