MS Dynamics CRM Developer

Responsibilities

• Lead development, customization and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions
• Design and build custom plugins, workflows and integration components
• Develop Power Platform solutions and PowerApps to extend CRM functionality
• Integrate Dynamics 365 with external systems and APIs
• Troubleshoot, debug and optimize CRM customizations and performance
• Produce technical documentation and support deployment activities
• Collaborate with clients, business analysts and project teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years experience with MS Dynamics CRM/365 development
• Proficiency in Dynamics 365 modules: Sales, Customer Service, Marketing
• Strong experience with Power Platform and PowerApps
• Ability to develop custom plugins and workflows
• Solid understanding of .NET Framework and JavaScript
• Experience with integrations and API-based solutions
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Strong client-facing and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft Dynamics or Power Platform certifications
• Experience with CRM solution architecture and design
• Prior work on enterprise CRM implementations
• Familiarity with Azure services used for integrations
• Experience in Agile delivery and CI/CD for Dynamics solutions
