Job description

Responsibilities

  • Identify and recruit potential VAR partners aligned with market goals
  • Develop training materials and conduct sessions for new VAR partners
  • Maintain and support VAR relationships through calls, emails, and quarterly reviews
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing to develop partner empowerment strategies
  • Utilize CRM to track sales performance and address underperformance
  • Develop long-term channel strategies with the executive team
  • Identify market trends and provide feedback to product teams

Requirements

  • Minimum five years of experience in channel management or sales
  • Experience in a startup environment preferred
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Strong understanding of VAR networks and the technology market
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets with VAR partners
  • Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM software
  • Proactive, solution-forward, and able to work independently
