National Escrow Assistant

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of clearing title requirements in preparation for closing, including ordering payoff demands and tracking lien releases
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients from initial title distribution through closing preparation
• Act as the main liaison with external title companies for transactions not handled in-house
• Meticulously review signed closing documents for accuracy and coordinate with notaries for corrections
• Support Escrow Officers with file balancing and ledger management

Requirements

• Minimum of one year of experience in title or escrow
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work cross-functionally
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for phone and email customer engagement
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• High degree of organization and ability to reprioritize tasks
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suites
• Fluency with escrow and title software, ideally Qualia
