National Service Line Leader – Infrastructure

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a national infrastructure strategy for water/wastewater, civil/site, and transportation services
• Lead national business development efforts and expand existing client relationships
• Design and deploy communities of practice and engineering centers to unify technical standards
• Champion AI and digital enablement to transform engineering delivery and QA/QC
• Track and report on KPIs including pipeline, revenue growth, and win rates
• Integrate regulatory and funding intelligence into actionable growth playbooks

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related discipline
• 15+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering or consulting
• 10+ years in leadership roles with national or multi-region responsibility
• Proven success in building and executing growth strategies and revenue expansion
• Strong understanding of municipal, utility, DOT, and private owner delivery models
• Ability to operate effectively in a matrixed organization

Preferred Qualifications

• Track record leading large-scale infrastructure programs across multiple geographies
• Experience building engineering centers, shared services, or centers of excellence
• Ability to translate regulatory and funding intelligence into growth playbooks
• Proficiency with data-driven management including CRM and financial tracking
• Passion for applying AI, automation, and digital workflows to engineering
