Network Administrator I

Responsibilities

• Resolve workstation operating system, printer, and standard business application issues
• Support line-of-business applications like SAGE ERP and QuickBooks
• Manage server and networking issues
• Act as an escalation point for technicians
• Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours and weekend support

Requirements

• Minimum of five years experience in IT Support or a similar role
• Experience with Windows and Mac OS troubleshooting
• Experience with Server 2012 to 2022
• Experience with VMWare and Hyper V Virtualization
• Experience supporting M365 and Azure
• Proficiency in Firewall rules, VLAN configuration, access point administration, and VPN tunnels
• Advanced knowledge of network architecture and troubleshooting
• Ability to work 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST
• Home office setup with specific hardware requirements (8GB RAM, stable internet, HD webcam, etc.)
• Excellent command of English

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Managed Service Providers (MSPs)
• Active Network Certifications
• CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, or 3cx Basic Certified Engineer certifications
