Responsibilities

• Manage and develop critical banking and network partnerships to drive joint initiatives and new offerings
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to live account management using KPIs
• Craft partnership and product strategies with banks and networks in collaboration with risk, product, engineering, and compliance teams
• Steer banks and financial institutions to execute deals supporting the network strategy
• Interact with Senior Officers within the Central Bank to facilitate approval processes and service rollouts
• Attend industry events to source leads and maintain industry presence
• Utilize CRM tools to maintain precise records of sales activity and account management status
• Maintain strong working relationships with colleagues and customers to ensure account retention

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 8+ years of partnerships and account management experience with financial institutions and payments companies in the region
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders including compliance, legal, treasury, and finance
• Proven track record of negotiating complex, first-in-kind deals with C-Level executives
• Strong decision-making skills and ability to prioritize competing demands
• Operationally focused with experience leading teams through deal execution and implementation
