Job description

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality IT technical professional services including consulting and troubleshooting
  • Resolve network issues and escalate when appropriate
  • Manage and maintain ticket quality and project status
  • Provide customer service via phone, video, and email
  • Perform occasional on-site visits to nearby customers
  • Participate in process improvement and documentation initiatives

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience as a Network Engineer
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and configuring LANs, WANs, and wireless networks
  • Experience with routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and access points
  • Working knowledge of BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, VLAN, and QoS
  • Strong background with Cisco (ASA and Meraki), Fortinet, and Sonic Wall
  • Cisco CCNA certification

Preferred Qualifications

  • Cisco CCNP certification
  • Experience with SolarWinds and Auvik
  • Knowledge of Azure and AWS network virtualization
  • Experience with MSP tools like Connectwise or ITGlue
  • Knowledge of VOIP systems
