Responsibilities

• Evaluate and manage a panel of patients with cognitive disorders and their caregivers
• Identify areas of improvement in the care model and technical platform
• Collaborate with the Medical Director to deliver on key clinical KPIs
• Provide memory care training and oversight of new hires
• Develop and maintain a curriculum of regular educational conferences for clinical providers
• Provide neurologic expertise and oversight to the interdisciplinary team

Requirements

• Completed ACGME accredited neurology residency
• Board Certification in Neurology
• Expertise in dementia and related cognitive disorders
• Experience working in interdisciplinary care teams
• Ability to work remotely via telemedicine

Preferred Qualifications

• Behavioral neurology fellowship training
• Licensure in OH, WA, NV, or FL
• Expertise in diagnostic approaches to dementia subtypes and neuroimaging interpretation
• Proven track record of leading clinical teams
