Job description

Responsibilities

  • Consistently achieve sales targets and KPIs
  • Outbound prospecting to key decision-makers via phone, email and social channels
  • Present, promote and demo Fresha products and services to prospects and partners
  • Manage full sales cycle from lead generation, qualification to close
  • Conduct cost-benefit and needs analysis to align solutions with partner goals
  • Serve as lead commercial contact for partners and ensure excellent partner experience
  • Log all activities and call outcomes in CRM and respond to inbound leads promptly
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and share market trend feedback

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years B2B Sales
  • SaaS experience preferred
  • Proven closing track record
  • CRM proficiency
  • Strong prospecting skills
  • Excellent communication
  • Organised time management
  • UAE work authorization (Dubai-based)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in online marketplaces or payments
  • Arabic fluency preferred
  • Background selling to beauty, wellness or retail merchants
  • Comfortable running product demos and presentations
  • Self-motivated hunter mentality and relationship builder
