Responsibilities
- Consistently achieve sales targets and KPIs
- Outbound prospecting to key decision-makers via phone, email and social channels
- Present, promote and demo Fresha products and services to prospects and partners
- Manage full sales cycle from lead generation, qualification to close
- Conduct cost-benefit and needs analysis to align solutions with partner goals
- Serve as lead commercial contact for partners and ensure excellent partner experience
- Log all activities and call outcomes in CRM and respond to inbound leads promptly
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and share market trend feedback
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years B2B Sales
- SaaS experience preferred
- Proven closing track record
- CRM proficiency
- Strong prospecting skills
- Excellent communication
- Organised time management
- UAE work authorization (Dubai-based)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in online marketplaces or payments
- Arabic fluency preferred
- Background selling to beauty, wellness or retail merchants
- Comfortable running product demos and presentations
- Self-motivated hunter mentality and relationship builder
