Job description

Responsibilities

  • Guide newly onboarded restaurant partners through their first 56 days on Deliveroo, educating them on processes, tools and best practices.
  • Build trust and strong relationships with partners to help them grow on the platform.
  • Manage and prioritise call lists, schedule follow-ups and log outcomes accurately.
  • Provide empathetic, clear communication and timely resolution of partner queries.
  • Use internal tools (Salesforce, Admin, Restaurant Hub, Google Sheets) to document interactions and drive efficiencies.
  • Upsell relevant features and tailor conversations based on partner needs and position.
  • Act on ad hoc tasks from leads/management and adhere to Deliveroo ways of working.

Requirements

  • BSc/BA in business or related field.
  • Up to 2 years experience in commercial, account management or customer service roles.
  • Relationship management.
  • Customer service.
  • Salesforce proficiency.
  • Google Sheets.
  • Analytical skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Problem solving.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Arabic proficiency (a plus).
  • Experience working with restaurant partners or in food-tech environments.
  • Comfortable trying and shaping new processes; self-starter attitude.
