New Restaurant Associate

Responsibilities

• Guide newly onboarded restaurant partners through their first 56 days to ensure long-term success
• Educate partners on Deliveroo tools, best practices, and ways of working
• Manage and prioritize call lists, scheduling follow-ups and logging outcomes accurately
• Build trust and strong relationships with new restaurants to drive engagement and growth
• Resolve partner queries with empathy and clear communication
• Upsell services and tailor consultations based on the specific needs of each partner
• Maintain high attention to detail and provide accurate information through proper documentation

Requirements

• BSc/BA in business or a related field
• Up to 2 years of experience in commercial or account management roles
• Proven experience in relationship management and customer service
• Proficiency in Salesforce, Google Sheets, and other administrative tools
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Arabic language skills are a plus
