Responsibilities

• Lead clinical decision-making for a panel of cancer patients as part of a multidisciplinary care team
• Provide virtual patient care including assessments, placing orders, prescribing medications, and documenting appropriately
• Serve as an escalation partner for the care team via phone, text, or video
• Support broader care team capacity through panel review and clinical documentation
• Help build and refine a care model that works consistently across markets

Requirements

• Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) license
• Minimum 4 years of direct clinical care experience
• Required oncology NP experience
• Rhode Island licensure or application in progress
• Willingness to obtain licensure in multiple states
• Proficiency with video and phone-based patient care
• Experience with building or launching new programs and managing ambiguity

Preferred Qualifications

• Oncology Nursing Society certification
• Experience with value-based care
• Experience with in-home care
