Nurse Practitioner

Responsibilities

• Provide longitudinal telehealth care for patients with obesity
• Collaborate with physicians and registered dietitians to deliver team-based care
• Deliver evidence-based lifestyle counseling and pharmacotherapy

Requirements

• Nurse Practitioner degree
• Recent experience in obesity medicine
• Licensed to practice and prescribe in NY or MA
• Additional licenses in ME, NH, VT, RI, NJ, DE, VA, MD, or PA
• 2+ years of experience in outpatient obesity medicine, endocrinology, bariatrics, primary care, or internal medicine
• Experience conducting telemedicine visits
• Experience with insurance payer credentialing

Preferred Qualifications

• RN Compact license or multistate license
• Medical fluency in Spanish
