Nurse Practitioner

Responsibilities

• Manage the Coverage Inbox, including patient questions, follow-up needs, and symptom-related messages
• Review and process asynchronous prescription and refill requests within the scope of licensure
• Review flagged and critical laboratory results and other inbound diagnostics
• Conduct same-day and next-day visits when urgent needs or inbox concerns require direct evaluation
• Provide clinical support in response to emerging patient-care and business needs
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation of patient interactions and care plans

Requirements

• Active national board certification as a Nurse Practitioner
• Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner licensure and prescriptive authority in a minimum of five U.S. states, including California or New Jersey
• Minimum of three years of clinical experience managing perimenopause, menopause, and hormone replacement therapy
• Minimum of one year of clinical experience evaluating and prescribing pharmacologic obesity treatments (GLP-1 agonists)
• Minimum of three years of experience autonomously managing a longitudinal patient panel
• Minimum of three years of experience delivering synchronous telehealth in a remote, productivity-driven environment
• Proficiency with EHR, video-conferencing, clinical decision-support systems, AI scribe tools, Slack, and Notion
